Replacement and Return Policy

Hipshell sincerely hopes that you will be satisfied with the Product you purchase from us, however, please make a note of our Replacement Policy. 

Please contact us by email at if you wish to request a replacement of your order. Upon receipt of a request for a replacement, Hipshell will review the request and determine if it is approved. Hipshell will then notify you of its decision. If an exchange has been authorized, you will be issued a return label for your package and informed of the return costs and any further instructions required to return or replace your Product.

Hipshell offers a replacement in the following scenarios:

Received Product with No Defect. If the Product arrives in good condition and has no apparent defect, the product does not apply for a replacement.

Received Damaged Product. If the Product arrives damaged, you may request a replacement for the Hipshell Pad depending on the severity of the damage. To receive a replacement free of charge, you must report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the Product and you must include photos of the damage and outside packaging. If you receive a Product that shows any damage to the outside packaging, it should be signed for as “damaged”, where possible. If you report any damage to us after 7 days of receiving the Product or do not provide photos of the damaged and packaging, we will need to charge you for the replacement of the product and the associated shipping costs.

Replacement request is further subject to the following conditions:

The Product must not have been used and there must be no visible signs of wear or usage of the Product.

The Product must be in the original packaging, in the same condition as it was shipped to you.

Please note that Hipshell requires a full, correct shipping address at the time of order, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on your part. Please check all of the details of your order very carefully before completing the checkout process. If an incorrect address is entered, you will be responsible for all and any additional shipping costs in both directions and will not be eligible to receive a replacement, unless otherwise authorized.

If a Product arrives in good condition, and later fails due to a manufacturer’s structural defect, a return or replacement may be available by our Warranty Policy.

We are not offering returns or refunds if Product has no manufacturing defects or damages.

Every purchase comes with a 180 day warranty. Return your order anytime up to 180 days from purchase if any defect or damage occurs.
